Bayern Munich legend Uli Hoeneß has been cleared of all wrongdoing in a case brought against him by a neighbor over where two if his trees are located.
As captured by @iMiaSanMia, Hoeneß emerged victorious in the case, as it was ruled that the Bayern Munich supervisory board member was not at fault for anything:
Update: Uli Hoeneß has won the legal dispute win his neighbor over the two trees. The Munich II Regional Court rejected the neighbor’s demand to remove the trees on Hoeneß’ property at Tegernsee.
The woman must also bear the costs of the proceedings
The court ruled that Hoeneß’ neighbor had failed to credibly demonstrate that the trees were located in an area where a planting ban applies in her favor.
How dare anyone challenge the Sausage King of Bavaria?
This case would have been prime fodder for an episode The People’s Court. Can you picture Judge Wapner working through the details, Rusty the Bailiff offering a stoic look as the facts of the case are revealed, and Doug Llewelyn cleaning up the mess with the post-case interview?
That would have been real TV.
