Just a reminder that Alex Pereira used to weigh in at 185 pounds.
These days, the former middleweight and light heavyweight champion is walking around at heavyweight in advance of his UFC White House interim title fight opposite Ciryl Gane. Pereira’s coach and former UFC champ Glover Teixeira shared today’s face off from the White House lawn, home of the landmark UFC event in June.

That was followed by a meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump.

UFC White House will be headlined by the lightweight title fight pitting Ilia Topuria vs. Justin Gaethje. “Trump is a great guy,” UFC CEO Dana White told the Katie Miller Podcast. “He’s a great human being. He’s a great — he has a great family. I love his family. Ivanka and Jared are two of the greatest people you’ll ever meet. So I don’t really get into any of that stuff. As friends, I would say, the biggest but weirdest thing we’ve ever disagreed on is the best ‘Rocky’ movie.”
