Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NCAA. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Purdue fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate in the weekly emailed surveys.
I put a version of this question in the feed earlier today, but I wanted to throw it into the weekly survey to get a gauge of the fanbase as a whole. Do bowl games that aren’t part of the CFP even matter anymore? There were a number of 5-7 teams that declined bowl bids, Notre Dame
declined a bowl bid then had to say it was nothing personal against Pop-Tarts, and no one seems to care about them unless a mascot is being eaten or a coach is getting bathed in mayo. Is the era of the normal bowl game coming to an end?
Then, after the loss to Iowa State, did it change your outlook on the Purdue men’s basketball season? Let us know in the survey below and check back on the site later this week to see the results.
