Dominick Reyes believes he defeated Jon Jones in their light heavyweight title fight back in early 2020.
Instead, judges returned a controversial scorecard in favor of “Bones” in what turned out to be Jones’ last fight at 205 pounds. Reyes would then suffer a complete collapse, losing his next three fights by knockout.
Against all odds, the “Devastator” worked his way back into the division Top 10 by winning three straight fights and could find himself in line for a second title shot with a victory
over No. 3-ranked Carlos Ulberg atop the UFC Perth card next month in Australia.
UFC released the official event poster on Wednesday.

Fans on Twitter celebrated Reyes’ “redemption arc.”
“One more. Let’s go. The champion. Everybody wants to see me become champion,” Reyes told Submission Radio. “I got a lot of juice behind me right now. I got a lot of love in the MMA world on my back. And I don’t plan on disappointing anyone, especially myself. So let’s go.”
