There are just ten games left in the 2025 regular season, and the Brewers are still the best team in baseball. Milwaukee looks to pick up their 94th win of the season in tonight’s series finale against the Los Angeles Angels, who have been outscored by a score of 18-4 over the last two games.
Starting for the Brewers tonight is Quinn Priester, who has been phenomenal since the Brewers traded for him back in April. Priester is 13-2 with a 3.25 ERA through 27 appearances (22 starts) with Milwaukee,
which isn’t nearly as impressive as the fact that he’s managed to keep this streak going:
On the mound for the Angels is left-hander Yusei Kikuchi, who was named as an All-Star this year for the second time in his career. Kikuchi has a 4.08 ERA this season, but a 9.68 ERA over his last four starts, although he’s coming off a solid outing against the Mariners (allowing one run and four hits through six innings).
Thanks to manager Pat Murphy, we get leadoff Jacksson Chourio today!! Chourio is also playing right field tonight as Sal Frelick gets the day off. Brice Turang is hitting second, followed by William Contreras, Christian Yelich (at designated hitter) and Andrew Vaughn. Isaac Collins will hit sixth and play left field. Bringing up the bottom of the order is Caleb Durbin, Blake Perkins, and Joey Ortiz.
Tonight’s game will be broadcast live on FanDuel Sports Wisconsin and the Brewers Radio Network. First pitch is slated for 6:40 p.m.
