After offseason chatter turned to rumblings early this week, the idea of the Kansas City Chiefs flipping star cornerback Trent McDuffie for draft capital before the final year of his rookie contract became reality.
It has been reported by national media and confirmed by local media that the Chiefs are trading McDuffie to the Los Angeles Rams in exchange for the 29th-overall pick in this year’s NFL Draft, plus three other draft picks.
