Rumors for the Day:
- Bryan Alvarez notes that Wade Barrett went to commercial after the Penta injury as an audible to buy some time to feed information to Joe Tessitore on the situation. It was called off during said break, though Penta wanted to try to continue the match, which was apparently set to go roughly 12 minutes.
- As many have already figured out, the teaser WWE released on social media four something in four days is WrestleMania related and likely the promo the women shot similar to the men’s promo that has been making the rounds.
- Triple H told Complex that a physical Hall of Fame “might still be something in the future.”
- Dawn Marie, Samantha Irvin, Marq Quen, and Cary Silkin were all backstage at AEW Full Gear, says PW Insider.
- Lance Anoa’i told MuscleManMalcom that he still had two years left on his contract when WWE released him.
