Scouting Report
Originally a defensive lineman before switching to offensive line as a junior, Thomas is rare blend of size, athleticism, and developing fundamentals with the upside to become a multi-year starter at the Power 4 level. He is a fluid mover with good feet, balance, and athleticism. Thomas combines natural aggression with emerging technical skills, including explosive hand strikes and solid footwork in pass protection, and the strength and ability to win at the point of attack in the run game. Although he is still developing his technique and sometimes plays a bit too high, his mobility and balance stand out for a player of his size.
