Wednesday night Dynamite (Sep. 10, 2026) will be the Rebel Heart special episode to honor Tanea Brooks, who is diagnosed with terminal ALS. AEW stacked the show with Steven Borden’s debut match, Britt Baker’s return match, the Young Bucks in a tables match, Swerve Strickland & The New Level in a trios title bout, Will Ospreay in a world title eliminator, and more.
The lineup for Rebel Heart Dynamite includes:
- AEW World Championship eliminator: Will Ospreay (c) vs. David Finlay
- AEW World Trios Championship: Swerve Strickland & The New Level (c) vs. The Conglomeration
- Tables Match: Young Bucks vs. Kyle Fletcher & Kevin Knight
- Dr. Britt Baker DMD, Persephone, & Hikaru Shida vs. Maya World, Hyan, & Thunder Rosa
- Darby Allin & Steven Borden vs. Mark Davis & Josh Alexander
- The Waiting Room talk show hosted by Dr. Britt Baker DMD and Rebel with guests Persephone and Hikaru Shida
Will Ospreay versus David Finlay is cold in AEW, but they have heat as rivals in NJPW. The Conglomeration are former trios champions. They want the gold back, so a match against Swerve Strickland, Austin Creed, & Kofi it is. Don Callis was furious that the Young Bucks defeated Brian Cage & Jake Doyle on Collision, so he arranged a table match against the new best tag team in AEW, Kyle Fletcher & Kevin Knight. The Protostar and the Jet were victorious over the Bang Bang Gang on Collision.
Dr. Britt Baker DMD backed TBS champion Persephone in a title defense over Vertvixen on Collision. Afterward, Baker wanted to do some dental work with the Lockjaw. Maya World and Thunder Rosa made the save. Add Hikaru Shida, who is also an ally of Perse, and Hyan, who is tag partners with Maya, for a trios bout on Dynamite.
Even better than Baker’s return to the ring will be the return of her talk show, The Waiting Room, with Rebel as plucky sidekick. Baker previously experimented with the talk show back in the Dark days of AEW.

Ever since Steven Borden stepped on screen as an ally of Darby Allin against the Callis Family, it became clear that his AEW in-ring debut was sooner than later. Allin and Borden team up against Mark Davis and Josh Alexander, who attacked the babyfaces with malicious intent last week on Dynamite. This match also happens to mark the injury return for Alexander.
