The Portland Fire (9-13) hit the road again for another four game trip. First stop is Georgia, where the Fire will take on the Atlanta Dream (13-9). The Dream are favored in this one, but they haven’t exactly been on a roll lately. They’ve lost five of their last six, with the only win over that stretch coming against the Seattle Storm, coincidentally the Fire’s opponent in their last win.
Injuries and absences could be a factor in this one. Sarah Ashlee Barker is not with team, and Karlie Samuelson
is questionable with a finger injury. For the Dream, Brionna Jones is doubtful and Angel Reese is questionable.
Game time is 1:00 PM PDT, and it’s a national game on both CBS and streaming on Paramount+.
