KEYS TO A GOPHER WIN
Guard play matters – Would love to see the Gopher guards control the tempo and flow of the game. Chansey Willis Jr is typically the point guard while Isaac Asuma tends to be the guard who is the leader on the floor. Would love to see the backcourt really control what happens today.
Rebound – Minnesota dominated the glass in their loss to Missouri. The Gophers are currently 12th in the country in offensive rebounding percentage and 30th defensively. Green Bay is undersized and not particularly good at rebounding. Dominating this stat will go a long way toward putting them away earlyl.
Play together – Just continue to improve, play together on both ends and be efficient.
PREDICTION
The Phoenix are not very good with how Minnesota has been playing to start the season; this should be a win. Cade Tyson will be the best player on the floor, Robert Vaihola will have a double-double and this will be a 20+ point win.
