The Guardians took the series against the Royals yesterday in a definitive 10-2 victory. Nick has the recap here if you weren’t able to catch the hitting spree. Today is an off day for the team as they travel to Georgia to face the Atlanta Braves in a three game weekend series starting tomorrow.
A couple of fun stats came out of yesterday’s game. With Cleveland’s victory, the Guardians continued a 13 year streak of beating the Royals at home in a rubber match. Rhys Hoskins became the first Cleveland first baseman
