Karim Adeyemi has arrived in Barcelona to complete his transfer from Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund. Barca have reportedly agreed a deal worth up to €29 million for the Germany star.
The forward was spotted arriving in the city on Wednesday afternoon and will now undergo a medical at Barcelona before signing a five-year contract with the Catalan giants.
The expectation is that Adeyemi will then join up with his new team-mates for pre-season training ahead of the start of the 2026-27 campaign and potentially be unveiled as a new Barca player next week.
Adeyemi is Barcelona’s second signing of the summer, following England international Anthony Gordon in making the switch to the Camp Nou to join the Spanish champions.
The 24-year-old is set to leave Borussia Dortmund after scoring 36 goals and contributing 25 assists in 146 appearances since joining the Bundesliga side from Austrian side RB Salzburg in 2022.
