We are on to Day 2 of the 2026 NFL draft, and, much like shortly before the start of Day 1
, the Cleveland Browns are rumored to want to move up. Despite that rumor, the Browns actually moved down early in the first round, in a trade with the Kansas City Chiefs, that netted them two more draft picks, including an extra on Friday night. After that, the predictable happened with OT Spencer Fano and WR KC Concepcion headed to Cleveland at the two positions most expected the team to fill. Good value picks
by GM Andrew Berry.
Day 2 Browns mock draft and best available for each of their three picks have been posted for a while; now comes word that Berry, along with a few other teams, might be looking to move up a few spots in Round 2:
Schultz doesn’t specify where that move up might come from. It is possible that the Browns could package the two picks received from the Chiefs to move up for a second pick in the second round or try to move up a few spots from where they are currently slotted, pick #39.
Given the moves Cleveland has already made and the needs on the team, do you think Berry should be aggressive to move up or should the Browns let things come to them, including possibly trading down?
