Maryland men’s basketball officially put pen to paper with the four members of its 2026 recruiting class — one ranked No. 3 nationally by 247Sports. The quartet was headlined by five-star wing Baba Oladotun, out of James Hubert Blake High School in Rockville, Maryland.
Oladotun, a 6-foot-10 Silver Spring native, is the top prospect in the state and the No. 10 recruit in the nation. He’s joined by No. 37-ranked recruit Kaden House, a four-star combo guard from Arizona. House is the son
of former NBA guard Eddie House.
Four-star forward Adama Tambedou, fresh off a national prep title at Putnam Science Academy in Connecticut, is ranked No. 108 nationally. Rounding out the class is Austin Brown, a 6-foot-8 four-star forward from Lufkin, Texas, who checks in at No. 116.
The haul makes Maryland one of just seven programs with a top-25 signee in each of the last three recruiting cycles. Head coach Buzz Williams has given his squad a major boost in his seven-and-a-half months at the helm, landing three of the Terps’ top 10 recruits in the 247Sports rankings era.
