This year’s NBA All-Star Weekend will take place next month in Los Angeles at the Intuit Dome from February 13-15. Since the event is taking place out in LA, two NFL players with ties to the city will be
participating in this year’s NBA All-Star Celebrity in former USC and current Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown and Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen.
The news was first broke by NFL insider Adam Schefter.
Some of the other announced participants in the game are NBA insider Shams Charania, Los Angeles music producer Mustard, and Memphis rapper GloRilla. The Los Angeles Dodgers’ Mookie Betts has also been tabbed to be one of the coaches for the event.
Other notable NFL players who have participated in the Celebrity game in recent years have been Packers edge rusher Micah Parsons and Steelers wide receiver D.K. Metcalf. Former Eagles and 49ers great Terrell Owens has also been a participant, even taking home the MVP award of the game for his performance.
