Sinan Huan, a 4-star center in the class of 2026 out of Georgetown Prepatory School in Windermere, Florida has signed with Purdue, according to the Boilermaker’s Twitter:
Huan, who is originally from China, chose the Boilermakers over offers from Alabama, Florida and Big Ten rival Illinois, among others. He’s the 6th highest rated center and 64th highest rated prospect overall in On3’s Rivals Industry Ranking.
Purdue’s frontcourt is set for the coming years. The Boilermakers went out and got Oscar Cluff out of the transfer portal this past offseason with Daniel Jacobsen getting healthy after missing almost the entirety of his freshman season due to injury. Between Jacobsen and Huan, Purdue is set to have strong rim protection for years to come.
He joins fellow commits Luke Ertel, Jacob Webber and Rivers Knight in Purdue’s 2026 class, which ranks in at fifth in the Big Ten and 14th nationally as of his commitment.
