Here’s a small bit of transfer news that we missed amid the chaos of the last few hours of the window, but Academy striker Ronnie Stutter has gone on loan to Barnet in League Two. The Bees came up from non-league by winning the National League last season, returning to the Football League proper after a seven-year absence.
This is Stutter’s second foray into the world of loans, after a stint at Burton Albion in a division higher last season. He would however make just one appearance for the Brewers
and would get recalled in January after former Chelsea U21 manager Mark Robinson had been sacked. Let’s hope things will go better this time around for the 20-year-old striker!
“Ronnie’s a really attack-minded player with bundles of ability. I saw him a couple of years ago at Chelsea when he was scoring goals for the u21s regularly, so we’re picking up a hungry player.”

Stutter was indeed prolific at the Academy level, so hopefully he can translate those skills into the senior professional game as well.
Good luck, Ronnie!
