The Chargers fell 22-6 to the Chiefs on Sunday and at 0-6, it’s time to ask the unsurprising question: Will we see the Chargers make any changes during the bye?
For the first time all season, Jim Harbaugh was non-committal to Mike McDaniel’s job security. When asked if play-calling duties would be taken from him, Harbaugh simply said, “We’ll look at everything.”
It’s not much, but it’s enough to start believing the writing is on the wall for the former Dolphins head coach. Sunday’s loss to the Chiefs
was the team’s first game where they did not find the end zone once and their six points were the lowest scoring output of the season thus far, as well.
When thinking about the failures of this organization through six weeks, McDaniel’s lack off results is certainly up there, but the failures of this team spread far beyond just his inability to coach and teach this offense even to a serviceable level.
So who do we think will be shown the door first? Who will be the first sacrificial lamb of this abysmal season? We want to hear all of your thoughts below!
