The Cleveland Browns are 4-2, and the bandwagon has room for a lot more to jump on or return to the orange and brown of their youth. While the Browns four wins have not been pretty, with all of them (and the loss to the New York Jets) potentially going the other way, learning to win is an important skill for a very young team to learn.
Can Cleveland sustain this? Are the Browns the biggest frauds in the NFL
?Who cares? At least for now, Cleveland fans have something to be excited about, including
Jason Kelce.
Growing up Browns fans, Jason’s brother Travis begged the team to draft him when he was coming out of the University of Cincinnati. Travis has also been a regular at many other Cleveland teams’ games and bought a ownership stake in the Cleveland Guardians.
Jason has been a little less Cleveland-forward in his presentation, until Monday Night Football when he started using the term “we” and a lot of excitement to describe the Browns start to the season:
Given the Browns positive start, it is possible that the team could get their scheduled flexed in the near future, but probably not to Kelce’s Monday Night Football just yet.
No matter what, a fun thing for Cleveland natives and fans is that the Browns are 4-2 and at the top of the AFC North. It is a big deal to see the elder Kelce join his brother in embracing the “we” that is their Cleveland upbringing. That moniker used to only be used by Jason for the Philadelphia Eagles.
How do you feel about Kelce and others jumping on or back on the Browns bandwagon?
