Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will be holding its fight week media interviews during today’s UFC 329 media day, streaming LIVE at 2:30 p.m. ET in the embedded video above. Leading the charge will be UFC 329 headliners Conor McGregor and Max Holloway, who run it back in the Paramount+ main event this Sat. night (July 11, 2026) inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

McGregor has not competed since breaking his leg in summer 2021.
“You’ve got
to dig deep and you got to prove to yourself you are what you say you are,” McGregor told ESPN MMA. “And so that’s what it sort of was for me. I was using it as motivation. It takes a lot of, you know, deep internal work to return from an injury like that and circumstances surrounding it and I just used that as motivation. Lovely. I wish for it to be that way because now I can show and on Saturday night I’m going to show.”
