The Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers released their injury final reports, along with injury designations, after Friday’s practice in advance of their Sunday afternoon matchup at US Bank Stadium. Here they are.

- FP = Full participant in practice.
- LP = Limited participant in practice.
- DNP = Did not participate in practice.
- NIR = Not injury related.
- PUP = Physically unable to participate list.
- IR = Injured reserve. Note: only starters on IR are listed.
- CE List = Commissioner’s exempt list.
- Player Name* = Starter.
Injury designation definitions:
Probable = the league defines a Probable injury designation as a 75% or greater chance of playing. Historically, 95% of players designated probable are active and played on game day.
Questionable = the league defines a Questionable injury designation as being
‘uncertain’ of whether the player will play or not. This replaces the former definition of having a 50% chance of playing. Historically, 70-75% of players with a Questionable injury designation were active and played on game day.
Doubtful = The league defines a Doubtful injury designation to mean the player is unlikely to participate in the game. In practical terms, teams use the designation when a player has less than a 50% chance to suit up, and active game appearances from this designation remain rare. Historically only around 6% of players with a Doubtful designation are active and played on game day.
Out = will not play. Players with this designation are not active on game day and league rules prohibit them from playing.
Notes on Injured Players
For the Packers, Micah Parsons, Luke Musgrave, and Jordan Riley are all on the PUP list and will miss the first four games of the season. Josh Jacobs is on the Commissioner’s Exempt list following an offseason incident until further notice.
Zach Bako-Bewele (formerly Tom) is recovering from offseason knee surgery to repair a partially torn patellar tendon and has been limited all week in practice. He said he plans to start on Sunday. He is officially listed as questionable.
Aaron Banks has been dealing with chronic tendinitis in his knee and has missed practice time because of it during training camp. It’s unclear if he’ll be able to go on Sunday or not, but Jager Burton, a rookie fifth-round pick, would be the likely starter at left guard if he can’t go. He continues to be limited and is listed as questionable. He seems less likely to be active than Bako-Bewele, but still could be.
Ty’Ron Hopper is also listed as questionable after missing the first two days of practice this week, but was upgraded to limited on Friday.
Defensive tackle Warren Brinson, who rotates as a backup, is officially out for Sunday’s game.
For the Vikings, Harrison Smith and Christian Darrisaw were given planned veteran days off. But there are no players with injury designations. Let’s hope that continues all season!
