
As Husker Volleyball takes the court tomorrow night, I will be celebrating my 10th wedding anniversary with my wife. I can scarcely believe that she has put up with me for this long. More importantly, where in the ever-loving hell has the time gone? I feel like we are still relatively newlyweds. I can still remember our first day of being married…specifically the hangover in the morning and subsequent fantasy football draft that night.
My wife Heidi is an amazing individual. She is a tremendous mother
to our daughter Jeneca and has to deal with not one but two kids currently kicking her from the inside. I cannot express how much she means to me. I’m just lucky to know that she tolerates me…happily at times. Heidi, I love you so much. Happy 10th anniversary.
