On Sunday, September 6, the Chicago Cubs’ historic ballpark will host the grand finale of the inaugural Big Ten/SEC Volleyball Challenge.

This isn’t
just an exhibition-style fun game. This is a clash of titans featuring programs that have claimed two of the last five national championships. The doubleheader brings together the nation’s premier conferences to showcase the explosive growth of women’s collegiate volleyball.

- Penn State vs. Kentucky
Nebraska and Missouri kick things off at 6:00 p.m. C.T., followed by Kentucky and Penn State in another blockbuster matchup at 8:00 p.m. C.T. If you can’t make it to Chicago, both matches will be broadcast live nationally on FOX.
The Kentucky Wildcats take center stage
Kentucky will face off against an eight-time national champion in Penn State in one of their 11 nationally televised games this year. But playing outdoors on the grass of one of Major League Baseball’s most legendary venues in front of the ivy is such a cool thing.
