So, the NFL won’t let me post the video, but I’ll share the link here! If you are at all interested in learning about Mike Martz (who changed the game) or you want to relive some good and not so good days from the St. Louis Rams, then watch the video. It’s great.
The Rams of old offered a lot of fun and success, but as quickly as Martz and the Greatest Show on Turf took the league by storm, it seemed in almost an instant it was gone. The rise and fall of Martz and those Rams teams was fast, dramatic
and it took a long time for the Rams to eventually even get Jeff Fisher before they’ve had the glory that Sean McVay has brought. The Rams went through a real rough patch after Martz left.
Every team in the NFL has a rich history, the Rams are no exception, but those Martz years with Kurt Warner, Marshal Faulk and more were packed full of good times, and low times too. It’s as a unique period for the Rams as there ever was.
So again, check out the video. It’s history.
Thank you for checking out Turf Show Times, comment on whatever you want and have a great Tuesday!
3 Rams games ranked among top 10 in NFL for 2026 (ramswire)
“As the Super Bowl favorites, it’s hardly a surprise that the Rams were given the prime-time treatment. Their list of opponents makes it even easier to understand why the Rams have so many prominent games.
CBS Sports ranked the top 10 games of 2026, and three Rams contests made the cut. They even had one other game (vs. Chiefs in Week 13) in the “missed the second cut” section.“
Win probability for every game on Rams’ 2026 schedule (ramswire)
“The Los Angeles Rams are going to be tested from start to finish in 2026, playing one of the most difficult schedules in the NFL. They’re facing each of the last six Super Bowl champions at least once, as well as playoff teams such as the Buffalo Bills, Denver Broncos and Green Bay Packers.
Even still, the Rams have the highest projected win total in the NFL, according to ESPN. Analyst Mike Clay projects the Rams to win 13.2 games in his 2026 forecast, while also assigning win probabilities to each contest on the upcoming schedule.“
Rams rumors: Insider lists LA as best Stefon Diggs fit with legal issues resolved (clutchpoints)
“While the Rams were mostly strong on offense last year, led by Matthew Stafford’s MVP season, they still could use some more depth at the wide receiver position, and recently, Matt Bowen of ESPN floated Stefon Diggs as a potential free agent target for the team to pursue.
“The Ravens could be a fit for Diggs, but I really like him in L.A. alongside Puka Nacua and Davante Adams… Diggs is a natural separator who can line up inside or outside. Plus, he has the toughness to work the middle of the field on in-breaking concepts, a key element of coach Sean McVay’s offense,” noted Bowen.“
