Juventus have had some good weeks under Luciano Spalletti since he took over as manager.
This most recent wasn’t a complete disaster like we saw the last time Lazio was on the schedule. But it wasn’t exactly
a great one, either.
Juventus are out of the Coppa Italia after Thursday’s loss to Atalanta. Juventus, all of three days later, only salvaged a draw against Lazio in a game the Bianconeri completely dominated statistically thanks to Pierre Kalulu’s header in the 96th minute. Lazio would have recorded one of the ultimate smash-and-grab wins that we’ve seen against Juventus in quite a while, and would have only added to the frustration from Spalletti and his squad who now have a Derby d’Italia to think about.
A frustrating week without a doubt.
What they do next during this crucial month of February will hopefully go a little better.
