It all goes down tomorrow night (Sat., Oct. 4, 2025) at BKFC 82 LIVE from inside Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, as the face of bare knuckle boxing, Mike Perry, will throw down with veteran UFC brawler, Jeremy Stephens, in the first defense of his “King of Violence” title.
On Friday evening, the two sluggers came face-to-face for one final staredown at the BKFC 82 weigh ins (watch HERE).
Perry has really done well for himself in BKFC, winning five straight fights and a symbolic belt to become
the promotion’s biggest star. His combination of toughness, power, and durability has proven a great recipe for success in that arena. Stephens brings a similar mix and has found excellent success himself, undefeated in the promotion with stoppages over Eddie Alvarez and Jimmie Rivera. He was facing a size disadvantage, but Stephens fiercely claimed it wouldn’t make a difference on fight night.
We’ll find out sooner than later.
Also on the card was supposed to be Frankie Edgar’s return to action, but “The Answer” (fortunately?) was forced to withdraw just days ago. Finally, the inaugural “Queen of Violence” belt is also on the line when Christine Ferea vs. Jessica Borga face off at 135-pounds.
Check out the final main event staredown below, which features a Perry callback to his UFC debut and infamous “Thought you had a friend boy” antics:
