The Cubs and Padres will be the last of the four Wild Card Series to get underway today. That game will begin at 9 p.m. CT and I will have the usual game preview up at 7 p.m. CT.
In the meantime, there are three other Wild Card games today, so this is an all-purpose game thread for you to discuss the baseball action this afternoon and early evening.

1 p.m. CT: Phillies at Braves

Jesús Luzardo, LHP vs. Chris
Sale, LHP
Though Luzardo is a starter, he threw an inning on Sunday after returning from a shoulder issue, so for the Phillies this will be some sort of bullpen game.
