There is plenty to ponder for the Falcons following their disappointing, narrow opening week defeat. The offense was in flux for stretches in the game, as Michael Penix Jr. did what he could to elevate an offense missing Darnell Mooney and adjusting to life without Kaleb McGary.
For the offense to be as stagnant as it did raises concerns about the ceiling and floor of this unit.
Rushing to conclusions after Week 1 is never sensible. The offense will have to alter some things around while aiming to get their prolific wide receiver back into the starting lineup in a primetime matchup against Minnesota. Some flaws could hinder the offense’s progression into becoming one of the most potent, balanced attacks in the league. What do you believe is the primary issue behind their current struggles?
