The 2025 NFL regular season is complete, and while the focus for the Seattle Seahawks is on the playoffs and getting to the Super Bowl, we have an idea of which teams they will face when next regular season rolls
around.
One last piece of the puzzle was the NFC South champion, which was determined on Sunday when the Carolina Panthers clinched via an Atlanta Falcons win over the New Orleans Saints. The Seahawks will be at the Panthers again next season, and may yet see the Panthers in this year’s NFC Divisional Round should Carolina (again) upset the Los Angeles Rams and no Wild Card road teams win.

That home slate looks very enticing just off of the AFC opponents alone, with the expectation that the Chiefs won’t be as bad and injured as they were this season.
We’ll find out about the Seahawks’ week-by-week schedule at some point in May. In case you’re wondering, opening night of the 2026 NFL season is Thursday, Sept. 10, and the Seattle Mariners do have a day game against the Texas Rangers at 1:10 pm PT. That paves the way for, say, the Seahawks to unveil the Super Bowl banner later that evening.
