The Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Cody White has become a fan favorite after having a hustle play in Week 1 and two touchdowns in Week 2. Many expect him to eventually make the team and become a permanent fixture in the Raiders’ offense.
For now, he remains on the Silver and Black’s practice squad. However, for the third week in a row, Cody White was elevated from the practice squad to the team’s roster. He will try to continue helping the Raiders’ offense when he gets snaps on the offensive side
of the ball.
White has only two catches this season, but both went for touchdowns; his special teams contributions are what keep him getting called up to the roster. Since this is his third call-up, he now has to make the 53-man roster after Sunday to contribute to the Raiders.
