Myles Garrett will miss at least next four games

Myles Garrett will undergo arthroscopic surgery on the knee injury that has recently limited him. The Los Angeles Rams plan to place their star EDGE rusher on injured reserve, guaranteeing that Garrett will miss at least the next four games.

Garrett played 40 of 65 total defensive snaps in the season opener against the San Francisco 49ers. His availability was clearly limited by the injury—and his performance wasn’t up to the level expected for last year’s Defensive Player of the Year winner.
