Bayern Munich managed a monumental comeback against SC Freiburg in their latest Bundesliga game, turning the score around from 2-0 down at the 80th minute to winning 3-2, thanks to two screamers from Tom Bischof and a valiant effort from Lennart Karl to push Bayern over the edge to victory.
Bayern’s star striker, Harry Kane, had to sit this game out after returning from the England camp with a minor injury, and his absence was one of the many reasons the team fell to a two-goal deficit. Following
the completed comeback, Kane expressed support for the team’s effort on his Instagram story (via @iMiaSanMia):
Kane is absolutely right to applaud the team, who overcame a difficult game thanks to their winning mentality.
Now, the question turns to whether or not Kane will be ready to face Real Madrid on Tuesday.
