BYU Football is back in action after a bye on Saturday evening in Fort Worth, Texas. The Cougars will face off against the TCU Horned Frogs in what will be the second Big 12 Conference game for each team.
BYU had a week off after defeating Colorado State in Colorado on Sept. 19. The final score in that game was 41-23, propelling BYU into the AP Top 10. The Cougars are 3-0 on the season, having also defeated Utah Tech and Arizona.
TCU played (and lost) its first Big 12 matchup of the year last week
at UCF. The final score favored the Knights, 21-13. TCU’s overall record is 2-1, with the wins coming over Arkansas State and Grambling.
Saturday marks the 14th meeting between Cougars and Horned Frogs, with TCU having the 7-6 edge in the series. Last year, BYU beat TCU by a final score of 44-13.
