The Baltimore Ravens will be looking for their fourth-straight win and to get back to a .500 record as they take on the Cleveland Browns in Week 11. The staff of Baltimore Beatdown gives their bold predictions
for the AFC North showdown.
The Ravens have struggled in Cleveland the last couple of years, but this year is different. Baltimore cannot afford to look ahead or take anybody lightly after a 1-5 start, so they continue the run they have been on and have control of this game the entire time. It will not get as bad for the Browns as the first game between these two teams, but it will still be a dominant showing by the Ravens.
Keaton Mitchell has his biggest day of the season with Justice Hill out and Baltimore struggling to run up the middle against Cleveland. He totals 80-plus yards, including multiple explosive plays and a touchdown. Isaiah Likely is the other big factor as Lamar Jackson’s safety valve against the Browns’ man blitzes.
The defense has a quiet day compared to their last couple of games, but still finds an interception, as Nate Wiggins jumps a Dillon Gabriel quick game throw for a pick-six. Dre’Mont Jones gets his first sack as a Raven. Baltimore wins 24-10. – Zach Canter
The Ravens get their season sweep of the Browns in Cleveland, but not in a pretty way. Defense continues to be the identity of the winning streak, with turnovers from Roquan Smith and Kyle Hamilton. Devontez Walker returns to the field in Rashod Bateman’s absence and finds the end zone. The offense as a whole is sluggish but does enough to secure an uninspiring 20-10 victory, getting the Ravens back to .500. – Mark Myers
The Ravens came ready for the Vikings’ game plan last week, and they will do so again on Sunday. Baltimore will use screens and outside runs to test the Browns’ defense on the edges to soften them up for some chunk plays from Derrick Henry in the second half. Lamar Jackson will also hit a few explosive passes off of play action. The defense keeps Dillon Gabriel under pressure all game, but Cleveland learns from the Vikings’ mistakes and sticks with Quinshon Judkins to stay in the game until the fourth quarter, when they have no choice but to pass to make up a two-score deficit. That gives the Ravens’ defense an opportunity to slam the door, and they do so with a big sack on fourth down near the end of the game. – Nikhil Mehta
The Ravens sweep the Browns for the first time since the 2020 season with a convincing win to get back to .500 with their fourth win in a row. Baltimore’s offense starts slow against Cleveland’s staunch defense before eventually breaking the dam in the second half and running away on the scoreboard. The offensive line struggles against Myles Garrett, but going to a quick passing attack slows him down enough for Lamar Jackson to have an effective, but unspectacular, day through the air. Mark Andrews scores his fourth touchdown in the last three games on his way to breaking the franchise’s all-time receiving yards record set by Derrick Mason. The ground game struggles until Keaton Mitchell takes a carry to the house on a 40+ yard touchdown run.
The turnovers continue to come for the Ravens’ defense as Dillon Gabriel throws two interceptions, with one going to Malaki Starks for his third in as many games. The pass rush gets home for four sacks against the Browns’ weak offensive line, with Mike Green taking Gabriel down twice. Baltimore improves to 2-0 in the division with a 27-10 victory Cleveland – Dustin Cox
