It’s going on 3 years now where we see the poor attitude of our players. It’s high time we give the game time to the hungry, starving children from our castilla. I don’t care anymore about the potential fallout.
LIMITATIONS

THAT COULDN’T BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. If your players are limited, they’re limited. Accept it and tactically work around it to compensate or purchase a player of a higher capacity to fill the role/task. Fede & Tchouameni aren’t working well in the 4-2-3-1, Fede is hardly noticeable. He seems to excel everywhere else except in midfield. Outside of his work rate, speed and power shot, he offers next to nothing for our play going forward. Tchouameni too has hardly maintained any kind of consistency, despite being given endless playing time.
