Arizona had one of the best seasons in school history in 2025, winning nine games for just the eighth time. But that pales in comparison to the years Indiana and Miami are having.
The Hoosiers (15-0) and
Hurricanes (13-2) play on Monday night at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami for the College Football Playoff championship, a matchup no one would have predicted. While Indiana is the No. 1 seed and has been dominant all season, Miami snuck into the playoffs as the No. 10 seed and has been on another level since.
SB Nation asked its readers who they’re rooting for, as well as who they think will win the title, and both answers were pretty clear.

Maybe the Wildcats will be in a position to make the playoffs next season? They ended up No. 17 in the final CFP rankings, and with one fewer loss along the way may have contended for that last at-large spot.
