When you ask certain questions for the fans you always have an idea of where things will end up.
At least you expect to.
So, last week when I asked where you would want the Arizona Cardinals to draft Ty Simpson I strongly expected to see the highest percentage of respondents to be what it was. Sit and pick at 34 in round two.
That is what I expected to be the top result, as 43% would be good with taking Simpson at the top of round two.
No, it was the next result that surprised me, as 31% just flat out
said the Arizona Cardinals should not draft Ty Simpson.
From there, 19% were okay moving up in a Jaxson Dart like move, while 7% would be fine taking Simpson at third overall.
I didn’t expect so many to be a hard no. The fact the trade up and stick and pick combined for a lower total than just the no surprised me even more.
So, it’s second round or bust for Arizona Cardinals fans and Ty Simpson it seems. What is interesting to note is that our friends at FanDuel Sportsbook have the Cardinals at +130 favorites to take Simpson, the best odds of any team.
