Chelsea have two fit wingers at the moment, but one of them is called Alejandro Garnacho, and he’s so out of favor, that he managed to collect just 14% of the vote for tonight’s preferred starting lineup. Even Jesse Derry (18%) and the local myth that is Marc Guiu (15%) have managed more.
Neither of them came close to getting into the WAGNH Community’s starting lineup of course, with the voters instead preferring the three-midfielder look that we haven’t seen for a while, basically since Cole Palmer’s
return to fitness: Andrey Santos joining Moisés Caicedo in the center and Enzo Fernández pushing up.
Trevoh Chalobah meanwhile returns at the back —though partnering Jorrel Hato rather than Wesley Fofana (38%) — while up front it’s Liam Delap once again, given the uncertain fitness status of João Pedro (41%).
4-2-3-1 (65%)
Sánchez (89%) | Cucurella (90%), Hato (66%), Chalobah (75%), Gusto (80%) | Santos (41%), Caicedo (96%) | Neto (78%), Enzo (88%), Palmer (94%) | Delap (50%)
Roméo Lavia got a decent 30% while Mamadou Sarr continues to struggle along at 18%. Still better than either Dário Essugo (5%) or Benoît Badiashile (2%)
