Josh Hokit is taking shots at anyone and everyone during UFC 327’s fight week and that includes UFC broadcast member Laura Sanko.
The past few days have been a fun one for Hokit as the up-and-coming heavyweight prospect takes on perennial contender Curtis Blaydes this weekend in Miami. It is by far the biggest test in Hokit’s young career, but you wouldn’t have known that by the way Hokit is behaving this week leading into Saturday’s UFC 327 card.
From making up multiple fake voices and characters
to a backstage run-in with UFC 327 headliner Jiri Prochazka, Hokit has done everything in his power to stand out from the pack and shoot for the stars. The fighter known as “The Incredible Hok” took another shot early Friday during an interview on UFC 327’s weigh ins show. That’s because Sanko was in attendance and Hokit simply couldn’t help himself.

“Is Laura there? How you doing, Laura?” asked Hokit as Sanko looked uncertain of what might come next.
“Laura, I don’t play chess, but I know a queen when I see one,” said Hokit.
“Josh Hokit just became my favorite fighter,” responded Sanko.
Hokit’s attempt at impressing Sanko didn’t stop there.
“Laura, I know you don’t like coffee…because you’re tea,” said Hokit.
“Sometimes I do serve some team,” replied Sanko.
“I’m sorry if I made that weird, Laura,” added Hokit.
