TCU Horned Frog tight end D.J. Rogers has been selected to participate in the 2026 Panini Senior Bowl on Saturday, Jan. 31 in Mobile, Alabama. Rogers, a former four-star high school prospect from Bellevue, Washington, caught 32 passes for 300 yards and two touchdowns, all career-bests, this season. Rogers has been with the Horned Frogs for five years and boasts 51 catches for 520 yards and five touchdowns for his career.
Rogers recorded his first career reception in 2023 and saw his role increase in 2024, catching 12 passes for 142 yards and two touchdowns. The 6-foot-4, 250-pounder was the first TCU player to accept an invitation to the Senior Bowl this offseason. The Senior Bowl in an annual showcase game featuring top senior players from all around college football. Notable participants from TCU in recent seasons include Jack Bech, Josh Newton, Jared Wiley, Brandon Coleman and Emani Bailey.
