The “BMF” belt is back up for grabs.
On March 7 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Max Holloway makes the first defense of his “BMF” title when he rematches Charles Oliveira in the main event of UFC 326. And now we’ve got a first look at the promotion for that event.
On Friday, the UFC revealed its official fight poster for UFC 326, featuring Holloway and Oliveira facing off amid the letters B-M-F, and with the tagline: “A lot has changed. A lot has stayed the same.”
Holloway and Oliveira first faced off over 10 years ago in the main event of UFC Saskatoon, at featherweight; Holloway won by TKO after Oliveira suffered a throat injury just a few minutes into the bout. Since then, both men have gone on to become UFC champions, with Holloway claiming the featherweight belt and Oliveira winning the lightweight title. Now the two finally rematch at 155 pounds, and will hopefully deliver a more satisfying conclusion than their first encounter.
