It all goes down tomorrow night (Sat., May 16, 2026) LIVE on Netflix from inside the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, Calif., as female legends Ronda Rousey and Gina Carano help ring in Most Valuable Promotions’ official mixed martial arts (MMA) debut.

This weekend’s clash between Rousey and Carano is significant for more than one reason. Not only is it a matchup between two of the biggest names in female combat sports ever, but it’s MVP’s
first attempt at stealing some MMA shine from Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Remember, UFC had a chance to promote Rousey vs. Carano, but the promotion’s lack of pay-per-view (PPV) points prohibited Dana White and company from offering the money needed to lock down this women’s superfight.
Luckily, MVP and Netflix were able to come together and stage Rousey vs. Carano. In addition to the headlining act, Saturday’s card will feature exciting matchups from top to bottom, including Francis Ngannou vs. Philipe Lins, Nate Diaz vs. Mike Perry, and Junior dos Santos vs. Robelis Despaigne.
On Friday, the “Rousey vs. Carano” ceremonial weigh ins stream is expected to air LIVE and FREE in the above video player via YouTube beginning at 9 p.m. ET. It will feature every fighter from the card, including one final staredown between Rousey and Carano.
