The Senior Bowl is a resource that has served the Dallas Cowboys well in the past and could continue to do so this year as they prepare for the quickly approaching 2026 NFL Draft. There was a lot of talent showcased over the week in Mobile, Alabama and there were several standouts who could be of interest to the Cowboys when the draft gets underway in April. While we expect Dallas’ draft picks to be defense heavy this year, and for good reason, it’s still not out of the question a few of the selections
will go to the offensive of side of the ball.
OT Max Iheanachor, Arizona State
Max Iheanachor solidified himself as one of the better LTs in the 2026 draft class during his time in Mobile. The 6’6″, 325-pounder was consistent all week and showed impressive body control and quickness for his size. He needs to clean up some of the technical aspects of his game, but he could be a good trade down target for the Cowboys.
G/C Sam Hecht, Kansas State
Sam Hecht more than held his own this week taking reps at both guard and center. He weighed in at only 6’4″ 297-pounds, but won nearly all of his reps with leverage, flexibility, technique, and impressive footwork. Reuniting him with his former coach Conor Riley, Cowboys OL coach, could make him an intriguing late Day 2, early Day 3.
TE Tanner Koziol, Houston
Using a Day 3 draft pick on a tight end prospect who would bring little bit something different to the table at the position is out of the question for the Cowboys. At 6’6″, 250-pounds, with 34 inch arms Tanner Koziol is a contested-catch machine. He’s led all players in college football with 46 contested catches since 2024, and could be an immediate red zone threat for the Cowboys.
RB Mike Washington Jr., Arkansas
Whether the Cowboys re-sign Javonte Williams or not, they could still stand to upgrade the RB position. Mike Washington (6’0″, 228) is a big, physical back who turned a lot of heads this week in Mobile with his surprising foot speed and vertical explosion. He checks all the boxes and could be a Top 5 RB in this draft class.
OT Demetrious Crownover, Texas A&M
At 6’7″, 331-pounds, Demetrious Crownover is an intriguing right tackle prospect for the Cowboys. He possesses an elite physical foundation (strength, power, athleticism), but needs to refine his skill set from a technical standpoint. He’s projected to be a Day 2 selection and could potentially step in and replace Terence Steele as a rookie.
