Happy Monday one and all.
The Arizona Cardinals have had a busy weekend, and they will continue to get ready for the 2026 NFL Hall of Fame Game in 10 days, and we will continue to cover all of that and training camp as it progresses.
Before that though, we asked, who is primed to
breakout in 2026 for the Arizona Cardinals, and you answered, with a resounding 53% of fans saying that Walter Nolen will have a breakout season for the Cardinals.
Fans are excited about the interior defensive lineman and 2025 first round pick, who looked the part before an injury ended his season, after an injury in camp made his beginning of the season the Dallas Cowboys game.
Yet, in limited time he looked like the most explosive player on the defensive side of the ball.
Let’s hope fans are right, the Cardinals need Nolen to have a big season, along with Marvin Harrison Jr. and Will Johnson, but maybe no position group more needs an alpha than that defensive line.
While he is a longshot, Nolen is +30000 to win NFL Defensive Player of the Year, while Marv is +4500 to win Comeback Player of the Year according to our friends at FanDuel Sportsbook. Meanwhile the Cardinals sit as +10.5-point underdogs for game one of the season.
