The Bayern Munich talent Noël Aséko is becoming a hot topic at the moment. On loan at Hannover 96, in the 2. Bundesliga, Aséko has already accumulated 3 goals and 6 assists from defensive midfield and is quickly being linked to other clubs around Germany. Most notably, Eintracht Frankfurt is among that list of clubs.
As reported by Florian Plettenberg as captured by @iMiaSanMia, Noël Aséko is heavily linked to Frankfurt who a re looking to sign the Bayern talent as a potential replacement for Hugo
Larsson and/or Mahmoud Dahoud. Aséko will return to Bayern at the end of the 2025/26 season, but with the amount of current talent in Bayern’s squad, his future with the club is uncertain.
Having Aséko around for Kompany’s disposal is intriguing for the club, but with Bischof emerging as a serious candidate for midfield alongside Joshua Kimmich and Aleksander Pavlović, there is not as much room for Aséko. Will Bayern hold onto another young talent, or is there simply not enough space for Aséko to develop?
One intriguing option would be to loan the German U21 talent to a top-flight German club to further develop, but at 20-years-old, Aséko might be looking for a bit more certainty in his career. Should Bayern sell, loan, or keep Aséko this summer?
