After a successful visit to Missouri for the football home opener, alongside Reagan Geiger (2028, UR), Lylah Plaisance (2028, UR), Hadleigh Faulkner (2028, UR) and Cali Kruer (2027, UR), three-star Seiko Mallon announced her commitment to the Tigers.

a nice triple series that features, per Nate Salsman, a front aerial + back handspring + layout stepout — and a floor pass that looks similar to one of Maiya’s, which is a front double twist.
Before committing to the Tigers, the two-time DP Nationals qualifier also took official visits to Pitt on May 28 and West Virginia on June 21. Mallon, a three-star recruit, is coming off a successful Region 7 Championships in April, where she won both a beam title (9.700) and placed third on floor (9.650). In March, she won both beam (9.525) and floor (9.600) at the Pennsylvania Level 9/10 State Championships.
Seiko’s career high on beam is an impressive 9.95, which she earned at the Gasparilla Classic in early March. She also has a career-high 9.675 on bars and a 9.75 on floor in Level 10.
College Gym News featured Mallon as one of three “under-the-radar recruits that excel on floor” in her class, stating: “Mallon has a beautiful sense of artistry, which adds something very special to a routine already filled with precise and well-performed skills. Her ability to truly perform her choreography stands out brilliantly, with her position-perfect leaps coming forth as another area worthy of mention.”
Seiko is the third commit of the 2027 class for the Tigers, joining Paityn Adams, who flipped from Denver to Mizzou on September 1, and Ruthie Wehrung, who committed last September. After Adams’ commitment, CGN ranked the 2027 class no. 22 in the nation.
