The Washington State Cougars return to action on Saturday, following their bye week, as they head to Oxford, Mississippi, to play the No. 4 Ole Miss Rebels.
WSU will wear their classic crimson-white-crimson uniform set as they look for the big road upset.
This week’s uniform combo is the first since the week one gray/crimson/gray combo to have been worn prior to the 2025 season. Crimson/White/Crimson, with the all-crimson
helmet, has been worn three times before. The infamous 2017 loss at Cal, a 2019 loss at Utah, and most recently a win at Colorado State in 2023.
Of course, the other Crimson/White/Crimson look with the white facemask has also been worn three times with two losses (2017 Holiday Bowl, 2020 at USC) and one win in the 2024 Apple Cup.
One interesting note in WSU’s 2025 uniform season: they’ve alternated their gray and crimson pants every other game to start the 2025 season.
