Sean Brady vs. Michael Morales squared off in a Welterweight bout earlier tonight (Sat., Nov. 15, 2025) at UFC 322 inside Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York.
Morales opened the contest with a low stance and worked to establish his jab. Brady worked low kicks from the outside, trying to double up on the jab to close distance. As Brady moved forward, Morales interrupted him with a stiff jab and followed it up with a clubbing right. Brady was immediately hurt, and Morales swarmed him with more
punishing rights.
Brady survived, but he was suddenly on the defensive. Brady found a counter left hook, but he couldn’t find his way to the hips. Morales shucked off a clinch attempt and landed more clubbing power shots. One more time, Brady walked into a jab and was left vulnerable to a brutal overhand/uppercut combination. Brady couldn’t keep his footing this time, crumbling to the floor in a heap.
A few followup punches sealed the deal on the biggest win of Morales career.
What’s there to say? Morales is an outrageous physical talent. He never let Brady anywhere near the takedown, stranding him at long range with his long jab. Brady found a few good left hooks, but Morales ate them without issue and just winged power punches at him in response. Brady couldn’t get away from those long arms forever, and every punch Morales landed had an immediate impact.
His technical game may not be the deepest, but Ecuador’s Morales is a serious title threat.
Result: Morales defeats Brady via first-round knockout
