The Syracuse Orange men’s basketball team is back in action for day two 0f the Player’s Era Tournament in Las Vegas against the Kansas Jayhawks. Tip-off is set for 3:30pm ET from MGM Grand Garden Arena.
The game will be broadcast on TNT with Brandon Gaudin on call and Robbie Hummell on color. Nabil Karim is designated as sideline reporter.
The Orange will once again be without Donnie Freeman, who was seen in a walking boot boarding the team plane prior to leaving Syracuse.
Kansas opened up play with a 71-61 win over Notre Dame. The Jayhawks are also short-handed today as talented freshman Darryn Peterson is also out for the Tournament. Flory Bidunga is Kansas’ top scorer and rebounder and will be a challenge for the Orange frontcourt.
Kansas is a 4.5 point favorite according to FanDuel
